By accessing castplaytv.com or playing CastPlayTV games, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CastPlayTV provides free browser-based multiplayer board and party games. You can host on a shared Main screen with phones as controllers, or play online with Player with own screen on a phone, tablet, or computer. No account is required to start a room. Features may change as we improve the product.
Acceptable use
Use CastPlayTV for lawful, personal entertainment. Do not disrupt rooms, harass other players, attempt to break into systems, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use the platform to distribute malware or illegal content. We may end sessions or restrict access that threatens the service or other users.
Intellectual property
CastPlayTV branding, site design, game client software, and related assets are owned by CastPlayTV or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law. Gameplay nicknames and chat you enter remain your responsibility.
Advertising and analytics
The free service may be supported by advertising (including Google AdSense) and analytics (including Google Analytics). How we handle related data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
CastPlayTV is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Multiplayer sessions depend on your devices, browsers, and network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free play.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastPlayTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost game progress or inability to join a room. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
