How to start an own-screen room
- Open the Player path On your phone, tablet, or computer go to castplaytv.com and choose Player (or open /play).
- Choose own-screen where offered Select Player with own screen when creating or joining a supported game so the board appears on your device.
- Share the room code Send the code as text. Friends join from their own devices. You do not need to stream your screen to them.
Remote play etiquette that prevents rage-quits
Agree who recreates the room if someone drops. Paste the new code in chat immediately. Keep a backup voice call for table talk — especially for Monopoly trades and DoodleDash hints arguments.
Latency varies by home internet. Turn-based titles tolerate spikes better than twitch racing. Pick the genre for the network you have.
